9th Element was established to bridge the gap between world‑class manufacturing and the practical realities of building in Australia.

With extensive experience across construction, glazing, and building compliance, our founders recognised a growing need in the Australian market: premium window and door systems manufactured efficiently offshore, yet fully supported locally by people who understand Australian standards, site conditions, and the demands of builders and architects.

By manufacturing in China under strict quality control processes, we are able to deliver high‑performance window and door systems with consistency, precision, and scalability. Just as importantly, every product is backed by an Australian‑based importing, logistics, and technical team—ensuring accountability, transparency, and reliability from factory to site.

As the Managing Director of 9th Creations Pty Ltd, I partner with architects and builder’s who demand precision, performance, and reliability in every project. With our own manufacturing facility — K&J Building Material Co., Ltd in Jiangsu Lianyungang, China — I provide direct access to high quality aluminium window and door systems engineered to meet both aesthetic vision and compliance requirements.
I believe great architectural outcomes come from collaboration. That’s why our team of engineers works closely with architects during the design and specification stages, ensuring every system is structurally sound, performance tested, and tailored to the project’s intent.
